In addition, you can open the “Brute Force Log” to see a full history of your system’s attempts, catches and bans.

    Catch compromised accounts before you lose vital information. Login Trade Protection helps protect your site from leaked usernames and passwords, by detecting when multiple IP addresses are attempting to log in with the same information.

  • Two-Factor Authentication

    Add an extra layer of security to your site. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) gives your login system an additional safeguard, requiring a second protection rule before users can log in with a known username or password. When you’ve enabled two-factor authentication, any user who enters the correct username and password will receive a random 6-character verification code via email or SMS. The user will then have to copy and paste this verification code into the login form before being allowed to enter the site. The user will only be permitted access if the code matches.

  • Static Blocks

    Quickly add, edit and delete smaller pieces of HTML content within a larger page on your website. Static blocks allow you to manage your site more efficiently, updating from both the front and back-end – no coding required. (see example)

If you’re like many customers, and you struggle with what to say and where to say it, we offer Optuno Content Care (OCC) and Optuno Content Care Plus (OCCP), two enhanced service options that enable us to help you review and/or edit your content. We’ll help make sure the I’s are dotted, the T’s are crossed and that you are putting your best foot forward when visitors and search engines come to learn about your business.

Should you need help with completely drafting new content, you can also order new content pages at $50 per page (up to 250 words).

What is FICMS?

FICMS® is Optuno's proprietary and EASY-TO-USE content management system. With its clean, non-cluttered user interface, even the most novice computer user can easily make updates to their website.

Should you choose to make updates yourself, you'll find it to be the easiest, yet most robust content management system on the market.

It’s leaps and bounds easier and more intuitive than any of the old, frustrating, “off the shelf” content management systems and even more powerful than many of the “industry-leading” open source content management system platforms.

FICMS is easy enough for any small business owner to update their website and has proven powerful enough to meet the demands of public companies, as well as state and local government agencies.

We love our clients and love answering your questions, however, we don't provide a phone number as a means to contact us for technical support. Have no fear, help is always near! We have found that communicating via e-mail and the Optuno Control Panel enables us to provide the fastest response.
