Yes, our plans include content writing assistance services.
Business Starter Plan - Includes up to 20 pages of content. Based on the specific details you provide about your business, your audience, and location, we will draft content for your Home page, About Us, Services, Products, Locations, and other related information. You'll then have the opportunity to review and provide any final edits to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision. Additionally, we apply industry-standard on-page/on-site search engine optimization techniques, including H-tags, Meta-Data, Alt-tags, and a dynamic sitemap.
Business Accelerator Plan - Includes up to 50 pages of content. This plan is tailored based on the specific details you provide about your business, audience, and location, as well as the audits and reports of any existing online presence. These pages are optimized not only for general search optimization but are also fine-tuned for local search, map search, and digital assistant voice searches (e.g., Siri, Alexa). You will then have the opportunity to review the content and provide any final edits to ensure it fully meets your expectations.

How does the Optuno Web Design & Development service work?
First and foremost, Optuno designs and builds your website for you. Optuno is not a do-it-yourself (DIY) service. Instead, we are the complete opposite; as we like to say, everything is 100% D.B.O. - Done By Optuno.
After placing your order, you'll go through our straightforward onboarding process, where you'll:
- Step 1 - Choose your domain name or inform us about your existing one
- Step 2 - Select a design from our variety of industry-related themes.
- Step 3 - Answer a few questions regarding your business and preferences.
Upon receiving your information, we begin designing and building your new website based on the selected plan and the details provided in step three.
We'll assist in creating new content, updating content from your existing website, or a mix of both. Additionally, we provide relevant stock images to enhance your site, and we can also incorporate any images and videos you supply.
Typically, within 5-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the website, you will receive the first draft of your website. We stand by to receive your feedback and implement the requested design and content modifications.
Once you're ready to make your website live, we complete the required optimizations based on your plan, initiate your hosting, and submit your site to the major search engines.

What if I don't like my website?
Upon receiving the first draft version of your website if you decide not to move forward with Optuno for any reason, you can cancel and receive a refund under the following conditions:

- Without having requested any revisions, changes, or edits to any elements (including code, design, content, graphics, etc.) of what was provided.

Can I edit my website myself?
Absolutely! Our user-friendly Content Management System enables you to easily update and add information to your website, including images and videos. While logged into your website's admin area, you can use our "front-end" editing tools to make changes and see them in real time.
If you're not very tech-savvy but still want to give it a try, don't worry. Our support team can provide you with video walkthroughs to guide you along the way!

What if I need to cancel my subscription?
Optuno's cancellation policies vary depending on the pricing plan you choose.
Overview:
Monthly Payment Plan (Month-to-Month with No Commitment): You can cancel without penalties with 15 days' notice.
Monthly Payment Plan with a 6-Month Commitment: If you decide to cancel your website before the end of your initial 6-month commitment period, you will be charged one final payment covering any remaining monthly fees needed to complete your commitment. Your account will not incur further charges, and it will be canceled at that time. There are no additional fees or penalties. To cancel at any time after your commitment period has ended, we require 30 days' notice.
Annual Payment Plan: You may cancel your service; however, due to the substantial discount offered by the Annual Plan, refunds are not available unless cancellation occurs within your first 15 days of service. You will receive reminder e-mails in the two weeks before your renewal. To avoid auto-renewal, you must notify us before your account renews. If your annual renewal is processed and you decide to cancel and request a refund, there is a $250 cancellation fee.
First 30 Days of Service: Should you decide to cancel any plan within the first month of service, a cancellation fee of $250 will be applied. For plans that offer a pre-payment discount, a refund of the upfront payment will be issued, minus the $250 cancellation fee and the cost of the first month of service, billed at the standard month-to-month plan rate.

What if I cancel and want to keep my domain name?
If you decide to cancel your website services but want to keep your domain name that came with your plan, you must pay a $35 fee for domain name registration and account transfer.
Optuno will set up an account on your behalf with the domain name registration provider using the contact information you've provided to Optuno. This process will transfer the domain name from Optuno’s account to your new account.
After confirming the transfer and receiving payment, Optuno will give you the login details for your new domain registration account. You will be the official contact and owner of the domain registration account. All future renewals and responsibilities related to domain registration will be solely your responsibility.

How do I update my credit card information?
If you have received a new credit card or there has been a change in the expiration date, simply login to the Optuno Control Panel and click on the Account Information tab.
Update the fields with your new card information, and you'll be all set.

If I cancel, can I keep my website?
Optuno will allow you to take your website with you if you decide to cancel, under the following conditions:
Optuno will provide you with a static version of your website, which includes copies of your videos and photos. This will give you a snapshot of your website that you can host elsewhere. However, all the dynamic features provided by Optuno, such as your FICMS™ license, features, plugins, and e-commerce tools, will no longer be available.
The costs are as follows:
- UNLIMITED PLAN, E-COMMERCE (Basic & Enterprise), BUSINESS STARTER & BUSINESS ACCELERATOR PLAN WEBSITES
- Within the first year of continuous hosting and maintenance - $2,500
- After 1 full year of continuous hosting and maintenance - $1,500

What does the Optuno control panel enable me to do?
The user-friendly Optuno Control Panel allows you to monitor your active projects and communicate with the Optuno design and development team in real-time. You’ll always know whose court the ball is in and what is needed to get your new website live!
When we're building your site or making updates for you, we indicate where we are in the process. During the construction or updating of your site, we provide updates on our progress. By on-site indicators and email notifications, you will promptly know when we have finished, or if we need additional information from you.
If you have any questions or wish to request new work, simply access the control panel and initiate a new work request. You will also have access to your contact, billing information, and history, should you need to make any changes.

If I am not doing the site myself, then who is?

My package doesn't have enough support minutes, can I add more?
Not all plans include a predetermined amount of support minutes per month. However, for those that do, YES, you can add more support time as needed.
You have the option to purchase additional support time in blocks of 60 minutes for only $99. These minutes never expire and can be utilized whenever you need them throughout the year.

Do you have a phone number I can call for support?
We love our clients and are always eager to address your questions. However, we don't offer a direct phone number for technical support. But fear not, assistance is always just one click away!
Our support ticket system operates on e-mail submissions to generate a work request. It is critical that any request, questions, or information for updates be e-mailed or entered into your profile in the Optuno Control Panel. We've discovered that email communication is the most effective method, allowing us to achieve the quickest response times.
If you wish to speak with your support team, we encourage you to use the Schedule a Project Manager Call feature, available in the Optuno Control Panel. Alternatively, you can e-mail support to request a link to the calendar, and a member of your support team will provide one.
Our priority is to deliver rapid and high-quality responses via e-mail, ensuring that you are always connected with us and receive the support you need firsthand.
Rest assured that if your project manager deems anything you submit unclear, or believes a phone call would be more effective, we will take the necessary steps to ensure your project progresses smoothly.

I don’t have a logo, can you create one for me?
Absolutely. The Optuno Creative Team can create a custom logo for your business for just $200.
Here’s how it works:
- The team will create four (4) unique concepts, based on the information you provide regarding the ‘icon’ and/or ‘look-and-feel’ you desire for your logo.
- Out of the four concepts, you will select one concept, and the Creative Team will then make unlimited revisions to that concept until you are completely satisfied with the result.
- You will receive your final, approved logo in full color in the following digital formats: JPG, PNG, EPS, PSD, and AI. Additionally, you will receive your logo in black and white in the JPG, PNG, and EPS formats.
If you wish to have us design a custom logo for you, simply inform your Project Manager, and we will initiate the process for you.
