• What if I cancel and want to keep my domain name?

  If you decide to cancel your website services but want to keep your domain name that came with your plan, we can help you transfer it to a new registrar for just $35. This way, you're never stuck with Optuno, and you can continue to use your domain name without any hassle.

  Optuno will set up an account on your behalf with the domain name registration provider using the contact information you've provided to us. This process will transfer the domain name from Optuno’s account to your new account.

  After confirming the transfer and receiving payment, Optuno will give you the login details for your new domain registration account. You will be the official contact and owner of the domain registration account. Since the domain name will no longer be under Optuno's control, all future renewals and responsibilities related to domain registration will be your responsibility.

• If I cancel, can I keep my website?

  Yes. With Optuno, your website is always yours to keep, even if you cancel.

  Just like other platforms such as Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, etc., the only thing you don’t keep is our proprietary CMS. All of your content, images, text, videos, and blog posts are yours.

  Because we don’t charge setup fees (the full cost of your build is part of your subscription), there’s a small one-time fee if you ever request an export.

  When you request it, Optuno prepares a static HTML version of your site with all your design, content, and media. It comes as a downloadable ZIP you can host anywhere and hand to any developer.

  To ensure a smooth transfer, simply give our support team at least 5 business days' notice before your cancellation or backup request. There is a one-time Export Service Fee of $250, which covers the preparation and delivery of your downloadable ZIP file.

  Some advanced features that run on Optuno's proprietary platform, such as your FICMS^™ license, plugins, and e-commerce tools, are not included in the export.

  With Optuno, you are never locked in. You can enjoy a professional, done-for-you website with ongoing support, and still have the peace of mind that your content and design are yours to keep.

  Upon receiving the first draft of your website, if you decide not to move forward with Optuno for any reason, you can cancel and receive a refund under these conditions:

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing within 15 days of registration
  • Without having requested any revisions, changes, or edits to the draft (code, design, content, graphics, etc.)
  • The guarantee is void if the draft was accepted and revisions were requested

  Refund Restrictions:

  • No refunds once revisions have been requested
  • Refunds must be requested within 15 calendar days of signing up
  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable
  • No refunds for express service clients
  • Cancellation and refund requests must be in writing
  • No refunds for updates, marketing services, plugins, and add-ons
