Single-Page Website, Professional Website, E-commerce Website, and Unlimited Website plans:

Monthly Payment Plan (Month-to-Month): Cancel without penalties with 15 days' notice.

Monthly with 6-Month Commitment: If canceling before your 6-month commitment ends, you'll be charged for the remaining months. After the commitment, 30 days' notice is required.

Annual Payment Plan: Cancellations within the first 15 days are eligible for a refund. After that, a $250 cancellation fee applies if requesting a refund before renewal. Reminder e-mails are sent before auto-renewal.

First 30 Days: $250 cancellation fee for any plan canceled within the first month.

If you decide to cancel your website services but want to keep your domain name that came with your plan, we can help you transfer it to a new registrar for just $35. This way, you're never stuck with Optuno, and you can continue to use your domain name without any hassle.

Optuno will set up an account on your behalf with the domain name registration provider using the contact information you've provided to us. This process will transfer the domain name from Optuno’s account to your new account.

After confirming the transfer and receiving payment, Optuno will give you the login details for your new domain registration account. You will be the official contact and owner of the domain registration account. Since the domain name will no longer be under Optuno's control, all future renewals and responsibilities related to domain registration will be your responsibility.

Optuno allows you to take your website with you if you decide to cancel, under the following conditions:

Optuno will provide you with a static version of your website, including copies of your videos and photos. This gives you a snapshot of your site that you can host elsewhere. However, all the dynamic features provided by Optuno, such as your FICMS™ license, plugins, and e-commerce tools, will no longer be available.

The costs are as follows:

  • Within the first year of continuous hosting and maintenance - $2,500
  • After 1 full year of continuous hosting and maintenance - $1,500
  • After 2 full years of continuous hosting and maintenance - $0
• PROFESSIONAL PLAN WEBSITES
  • Within the first year of continuous hosting and maintenance - $1,500
  • After 1 full year of continuous hosting and maintenance - $750
  • After 2 full years of continuous hosting and maintenance - $0

You will be allowed to have a web developer transfer your site to a new hosting provider, maintain it, and make any desired changes.

While you'll lose access to Optuno's proprietary tools, this option allows you to take your website content with you after cancellation.
