We have been working with optuno for just under a year now and cannot speak highly enough about the quality, and support that you receive working with them. I just called out of the blue to ask about adding more services, I ended up having a 40 minute phone call with Todd, someone who actually works on my website, where not only was I informed about services that I was inquiring about, I was walked through all the ways I could potentially do it myself if I wanted to save some money. As a new small business the value from that is immense! Anyone considering using optuno to help with their website and online presence can be confident subscribing to optuno's services.
This company does an amazing job at communicating and leading you through the process of building your website. I'm not always responsive due to being so busy, but they always follow and keep me on track with deadlines. I'm very happy with this company. They really try to earn your business.

From the beginning, Optuno did there best to communicate with us and provide as much infomation about the process as possible. They worked with us to customize our website exactly how we wanted and were dedicated to getting us the perfect site. They were very responsive to emails and were able to communicate and explain things clearly throughout the process.
The entire experience was great from the initial strategizing to going live. They were very thorough, really took the time to understand our business and they delivered exactly what they proposed in a timely manner.
