- Refund is within 15 days of signing up – and
- Request comes prior to beginning revisions on your website draft.
- Money Back Guarantee is not valid if website draft is accepted and revisions have begun.
- Refund is not allowed once revisions are requested.
- Refund must be requested within 15 calendar days of signing up.
- Refund not applicable on domain registration fees.
- Refund not applicable for express service clients.
- Refund must be requested in writing.
- Refund not applicable on updates and plugins to existing website.
- Refund not applicable on annual payment plans.
