What if I need to downgrade my acount/services?

If you find you are not using all of the services available to you through your plan or plugins, you may be eligible to downgrade your service.

To remove plugins or other services from your account, simply login to the Optuno Control Panel and click on the Support Ticket Center tab.

Create a ticket under the "Support" category and complete the form letting us know exactly what you are looking to have removed or downgraded, and your project manager will work with you to find the best solution for your needs.
