  • Do you have a phone number I can call for support?

    We love our clients and are always eager to help with your questions.

    Our support ticket system works through e-mail submissions to create a work request. It's important that any request, question, or update be e-mailed to Optuno Support or entered into your profile in the Optuno Control Panel. We've found e-mail to be the fastest way to get you the help you need.

    If you prefer to speak with your support team by phone, please use the Schedule a Project Manager Call feature in the Optuno Control Panel. You can also e-mail support to request a calendar link.

    Our priority is to give you quick and high-quality responses via e-mail, ensuring you're always connected with us and get the support you need.

    If your project manager thinks a phone call would be more helpful, we'll make sure to arrange one to keep your project on track.

  • This is my first website, can you help me?

  • Do you design Adult or X-Rated websites?

    Optuno does not design or develop websites that are adult or X-rated, nor those promoting illegal activities.

  • What are your business hours?

    Monday - Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST (excluding major US Holidays).

  • I don’t have a logo, can you create one for me?

    Absolutely. The Optuno Creative Team can create a custom logo for your business for just $200.

    Here’s how it works:

    • Our team will create four unique logo ideas based on the information you provide about the desired 'icon' and 'look-and-feel'.
    • Out of the four ideas, you'll pick one, and the Creative Team will make unlimited changes to that idea until you're completely happy.
    • You'll receive your final, approved logo in full color (JPG, PNG, EPS, PSD, AI) and black and white (JPG, PNG, EPS) digital formats.

    If you want us to design a custom logo, just let your Project Manager know, and we'll start the process for you.

  • Can I edit my website myself?

    Absolutely! Our easy-to-use Content Management System lets you update and add information, images, and videos to your website. While logged into the admin area, you can use our "front-end" editing tools to make real-time changes.

    If you're not very tech-savvy, no problem! Our support team provides video walkthroughs to guide you through the process.

    We encourage you to take advantage of our rapid support. Simply e-mail your request, and get back to business knowing we've got you covered.

  • Can I sell products from my website?

    There are many ways to sell products and services through your website. We'll help you understand your needs and find the best solution to move forward.

    Selling products can be done through simple payment processor buttons or full e-commerce shopping carts. Standard e-commerce tools can be included as an add-on service with your website plan or digital marketing package.

    While some limitations may exist, your dedicated support team will be happy to discuss the options and recommend the right approach for your business.
